The Self Love Club

A community dedicated to inspiring & supporting women on the self love journey.

The Self Love Club is a safer and sacred community of women who inspire & support each other as we journey to accept, love & trust ourselves unconditionally.

We share online in this private network and we also have in-person meetings in Livermore California.

The journey to self love is about healing back to your true authentic self…the self that you’ve hidden because our oppressive culture has deemed it not worthy.

This is NOT about changing who you are…but rather reclaiming who you are.

This is a trauma-informed space

where our humanity is honored first and foremost. All self-identified women are welcome.

Why do we need this community?

Our oppressive culture has resulted in living in survival mode that manifests as judgement, anxiety, unworthiness and black and white thinking.

Many of us don’t know how it feels to truly be seen, be in our bodies and loved unconditionally as a human being who is inherently worthy.

In order to heal and be free to be ourselves, we need a safer space to lean into and practice showing up in a different way.

Living in survival has disconnected us from the wisdom of our body and we live in our heads.

We put on a mask of the person we're conditioned to be and an armor of false confidence.

This leads us to live lives out of alignment and we wonder why we constantly feel anxious and unfulfilled.

This spirals into survival coping mechanisms such as co-dependency, unhealthy relationship, people pleasing, negative body image (always on a diet), numbing (eating, alcohol, drugs etc), distracting (working too much, always busy, can't sit still), controlling behaviors, no boundaries, not speaking up for ourselves, and the list goes on.

Being in a safer, supportive community can guide you through the layers of healing and unlearning the patterns all that no longer serve you.

COMMITTED to DIVERSITY & DECOLONIZATION & ANTI-RACISM

I am committed to honoring our humanity.  I desire to provide a safer space for all self-identified women. I desire this community to be diverse with self-identified women of all races, sexual orientations, abilities, body sizes/types and nationalities.  I acknowledge the detrimental impact of white supremacy and colonization. I acknowledge the harmful impact one can have unknowingly despite best intentions. I am actively engaged in anti-racism education and trauma awareness.  I know I won't do this perfectly AND I am committed to doing my best in each moment and continuing to learn to do better.

I'm glad you're here. And if you're read this far, thank you for listening. You're meant to be here.

with love,
